About Us
Kent Custom Homes is a family-owned and operated builder based in St. Cloud, Florida. For more than 30 years we’ve built custom homes, semi-custom plans, additions, and commercial projects throughout Central Florida — and we’ve done it the same way from the start: quality construction, delivered on schedule, at a fair and honest price.
We believe in honesty, integrity, and fairness in every part of the process, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. We use quality materials, work with craftsmen we trust, and give every client the personal attention you’d expect from a family business — because that’s exactly what we are. Join the hundreds of Central Florida families who have trusted us to build the home they’d been dreaming of.

Giving Back
Kent Custom Homes is proud to give back to the communities we build in. We actively support local schools, social service organizations, and non-profits throughout Osceola County and Central Florida, because a strong community is the best foundation any home can have.
