Most of our custom homes take about 8 to 12 months from permitting to move-in, depending on the size and complexity of the home and county permitting timelines. We’ll give you a realistic schedule before construction begins, and your project manager will update you on all progress at every stage — no wondering what’s happening with your home.

Second, we design your home — either from scratch or starting from one of our floor plans. Third, we give you detailed, itemized pricing and a clear contract, so you know exactly what you’re getting before we break ground. Fourth, we build — with a dedicated project manager who gives you regular updates on your home. Finally, we walk the finished home together, hand you the keys, and stay available after you move in.
