Custom Home Builder in Chuluota, FL
Kent Custom Homes has been building custom homes across Central Florida for more than 30 years, and Chuluota is exactly the kind of place we build best. Tucked into the oak hammocks of east Seminole County, Chuluota offers acreage, privacy, and A-rated schools — and it deserves homes built for the land, not stamped onto it. Whether you own property here or you’re searching for the right lot, we’ll design and build a custom home that fits the way you want to live.
Why Chuluota Families Choose Kent Custom Homes
Building in Chuluota means building in unincorporated Seminole County — often on one-to-five-acre lots under mature oaks, where wells, septic systems, and careful site planning come with the territory. That’s our specialty. We handle site evaluation, well and septic coordination, land clearing, and permitting through Seminole County, so the rural setting that drew you here never becomes a construction headache.
Families come to Chuluota for space and stay for the lifestyle — the Little-Big Econ State Forest and Chuluota Wilderness Area out the back door, horses next door, top-rated Seminole County schools, and Oviedo’s conveniences just minutes away. Your home should match that: designed around your land, your views, and your family. Bring us your own vision, or start from one of our proven floor plans and customize until it’s truly yours.
Build on Your Lot in Chuluota
Already own land in Chuluota? We’ll walk your property with you and talk honestly about what it takes to build there — high ground, access, trees worth saving, and the site work your lot actually needs. Still looking? We can help you evaluate parcels before you buy, so you know the land will support the home you want at a price that makes sense.
What You Can Expect From Us

★★★★★
“We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Kent Custom Homes team for building our dream home even better than imagined! This is my third custom home and this has been hands down the best experience of them all! A lot of builders have a version of ‘custom’ that falls short. Our new home is truly CUSTOM inside and out thanks to KCH’s ingenuity and attention to detail.”
